This Open Source Software (NO SALES TAX) a module can be used for businesses  which rent out an apartment unit, hotel rooms, storage unit or  equipment of any kind.
The module can be used making reservation per hours, per days or per months. It could fit into restaurant reservation combined with restaurant menu. The  payment is “Click and Collect” from a pre-created menu.
The scheduling module for rental give an easy to see availability and which unit with given feature are available or occupied, 

The user can define multiple of groups and define the cost per time unit. The rental module have a strong integration with accounting. It simplify payment operation to just click and select.  With rental by day, and booking by phone, we can also collect Credit Card information as booking-security.
There are 3 different versions. Rental by Monthly, Rental By Days and Rental by Hours which can be customized to real rental applications using images for simple and user-friendly interface. A unit-map show  information about cost and availability for the selected time-period. You select the start time, hold the left button down, drag the cursor down and release the button at the end-time (or end-date). You select reservation button to allocate a customers reservation. When the customer arrive, you start rental, else you can cancel the rental.
With checking out or return the equipment, you select End Rental to prepare the bill to be printed.
