This is  Open Source software for Doctors, NO Sales Tax. It  consist of many different common  Modules, but also a special Modulel,  the Patient Management Module which provide data or information about the patient.  The  patient data  base  will  keep the patient records  about old and new payment, medical  (and dental) history, insurance information, treatment plan.  Automatic  views  of  patient payments  and collections  to give the doctor a direct report of day to day operation. As payment  are collected each day, either by Cash, Credit Card, Direct Account Transfer or Check  from Insurance Companies and direct from the patients. 

This Collection Information  go direct into doctors business account.  The program  also give information on late payment to give the office a tool to control payment delay from Patients and  Insurance Companies. Regarding Insurance Collection, very often there is a  lack of information from the doctor’s  office. They need tools  to catch the  problems  at  an early state  to reduce delay of  the outstanding payment,

If  doctor set up a treatment plan for a patient  and the office  do  the scheduling,   all this information are available in the Scheduling Browser when the scheduling take place.
When the front office do the billing, they select by procedures from a menu where all costs  can easily be located and selected. Billing and setting up a Treatment Plan is based on the principle “Click and Select” and it is a simple operation.
The software have also many other tools, like setting up a payment plan, calculate how much the patient and Insurance Company need to pay for each treatment. Also it have  tools to collect the Medical and the Dental information for each patient, writing and printing patient report and also writing prescriptions  on a prescription printer.
With visual Print Form Creation, based on patient’s  information collected in the data base, the user can print direct into an Insurance print form to be electronically sent to the  Insurance Company.
From a different software package, “BusinessAdmin”  the owner can set up whom are allow to do “What”. Each user get a user-name and a password when they log into the software.  This software is also a setup program for the software modules  and the many databases.
