The cost of your product are payable in advance and can not be refunded.

Return Policy

We will accept undamaged and unused returns and exchanges within a 30-day period. Any items that are not in perfect resellable condition or show sign to have been open are not returnable.

Delivery Policy

Customer are responsible for providing a full valid address, including appartment number if applicable, for delivery. They are responsible for getting mail forwarding if they are moving and for putting vacation on hold if they do not anticipate they will be at home when the package/ letter is due to arrive.

Package/ letter will be delivered by FedEx or as Priority Mail (Internnational). After payments received it can take 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. Customer will receive Email from us when their order is processed. Wen also ask you to respond with the same Email back to us when the order have been received.

Shipping Restrictions

As an international product, we expect to be able to send the Package/ letter to any country.

Statement Identifier

On your Credit Card Statement, the Klik & Pay  Transaction will appear.

Payment Method

Payment for the product are only by using Visa or Master Card. The value are converted from currency to a calculated value in USA Dollars.
