On the support page,  they can  ask questions or scan through  a list of  Application Question and Answer.  The support questions  is NOT meant to give technical answers on Visual Studio, C++ and MFC programming problems, which Microsoft  can do much  better.  The user  will  be given a limit numbers  of  questions.  The customers  can  login  with their full name, email address and Product Key.  Later on,  we plan to  provide  a download section with new software solutions.  We do not plan to charge for this type of support. Of these reasons we will  limits  our  support.  Most important are  to  avoid  people who only try to cheat on Copyright law.
