Complementary - Common Software
From the main menu we have access a document editor for editing simple letters in RTF document Format. User can create the marketing letters in Microsoft Word, save it in RTF format and move it into the Document Folder. User can insert into this text program-reference from the database to extract values or text into the document, like a patient’s address, names, payment information or other information retrived from the database. The Database information will be merge with the text to create customized letters.
First we create a form with linking references to the data base. Then we select a customer, employee, vendors or a special address list, run each to create a document with all database information inserted into the text and print the page(s).

Patient scheduling or CRM ( Customer Relationship Management ) are a special section we can access through a menu labeled "Appointments". The scheduling selection have been build up over many pages to simplified the operation.
On first page we can select a patient (customer). As for doctors we have direct access to a treatment plan. We double click to select a patient which automatically switch over to a month calendar. Do our new selection which bring us over to a new week-page calendar with a graphical object we can drag to a proper time of the day and expanded to length of the appointment.
To view the month activity, we can select a month-view calendar page to get details.
On another page we can set up a directory for any other purpose then customer, like club-members or friends and family.
On another page we can access a list of customer, vendors, employee and another address list. We can use this page to print Address Labels and Form Letters.
In the same section are a Project-Planer for smaller projects. It can be useful for a public inspector which do routine inspection service. We can customize the page for different task and cost per hour.
One another page we have a project view and where the user can print a report and print a bill.
On another page we have an editor where we can set up a sales contract to be printed in a Text/Database Merging as for Document Management.
From the menu you can access an employee section. One of the pages we can register and show specific information about sick-leave, non-paid sick leaves, vacations and traveling status.
On another page we can get up an monthly activity calendar for each of the 4 status conditions.
On another page we have an employee work planer. Definition must be specified in the Definition Settings Section to coordinate work group.
Next to Work Plan page, we have a page we can set up Expense Report. This information will be linked to Payroll .

Time Card Page give us a tool to enter the time for each payroll period. The software give selection of one of 4 predefine payroll payment, By Week, Dual Week, Half Month or Months. This is information given in Definition Setting Section to take away complexity by using this page. Employee can be paid by hours, day’s, by week or months. Some of the employee’s can be paid overtime and there are multiple solutions to define overtime.
Based on timecard information, we can set up payroll and calculate the amount of Tax to be take off each Pay-Check.
As the payroll are being processed, the accounting are automatically updated. Payroll can be paid by Check or Direct Bank Transfer.
We also have tools to create printing forms. This mean we prepare in advanced how we extract information from the database and how the information will be layout on a print operation, like a payroll, invoice or check. The text can be in any language and the printing can include images and logos. For insurance the information can be filled into a form as a background image.
Accounting
The concept is to facilitate online banking, credit card accounts and account management. An account list are set up to define automatic payment linked to bank and credit card accounts.
An account register module allows the users to view business checking account, credit card accounts, saving accounts and independent project accounts.
Payments can be viewed in several different ways, e.g. by date, category, due date or when to pay. This module offer a pre-payment register to temporary keep received invoices in the system ready to be paid. This give us a tool to keep control over outstanding payments.
The deposit module has similar characteristic to view accounting information.
A payable module show the queued of checks or direct payment ready to be paid.
Many different accounting reports like Profit & Loss, Detail Profit & Loss and the Balance Sheet can be created and printed.
An asset and liability module allow quickly viewing all investments and loans.
Another module provide Budgeting and comparing the Budget with current income and spending.
